1 Scope of Agreement & Corporate Entity

By booking services, executing a purchase order, or accepting transport proposals issued by Sleek Trading, Contracting & Services W.L.L. (P.O. Box 21127, Doha, Qatar), the customer ("Customer", "Shipper", or "Charterer") unconditionally agrees to be bound by these standard Terms of Service, which supersede any conflicting buyer purchase conditions unless explicitly agreed in writing by our authorized executive management.

2 Fleet Solutions & Logistics Operations

Sleek provides integrated commercial transportation solutions across Qatar, including:

3 Quotations, Bookings & Dispatch Confirmation

• Quotation Validity: All rate quotations provided by Sleek are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issuance unless explicitly specified otherwise.
• Booking Confirmation: A booking is finalized solely upon written confirmation (signed quotation, official corporate Purchase Order, or electronic dispatch confirmation).
• Vehicle Allocation: Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation at the time of final booking. Sleek reserves the right to substitute equivalent or superior-grade equipment to meet delivery deadlines without additional cost to the Customer.

4 Rates, Invoicing, Currency & Demurrage Charges

All rates are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR). For approved corporate accounts, payment terms are strictly 30 days from the invoice date unless negotiated otherwise under an active Master Services Agreement. Spot charters and ad-hoc jobs require advance settlement prior to vehicle dispatch.

5 Shipper Obligations & Cargo Packaging

The Shipper warrants and guarantees that:

• All cargo weights, volumetric dimensions, and handling requirements provided are accurate and complete.
• Consignments are properly packaged, labeled, and secured to withstand the ordinary risks of road transit in Qatar.
• Adequate loading/offloading equipment (cranes, forklifts, labor) is provided at pickup and drop points unless contracted directly through Sleek.
• All required municipal permits, customs documentation, and road access clearances are secured prior to vehicle arrival.

6 Prohibited & Dangerous Goods

Shippers must provide prior written disclosure and official Civil Defence / Ministry permits for any Class-regulated cargo.

7 Carrier Liability, Limitation & Transit Insurance

Sleek maintains statutory motor third-party and carrier legal liability insurance as mandated by Qatar law. Unless the Customer has arranged supplementary comprehensive Marine / Goods-in-Transit cargo insurance, our liability for direct physical loss or damage to cargo resulting from proven carrier negligence is strictly limited to the limits provided under standard Qatari Commercial Maritime and Land Transport provisions.

Notification Window: Any claim for loss, damage, or discrepancy must be endorsed on the physical Delivery Note / Waybill at the time of delivery and submitted in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

8 Passenger Bus Transit & VIP Chauffeur Regulations

• Vehicle Capacities: Strictly enforced in compliance with Qatar Traffic Law. Overcrowding beyond registered passenger seating capacity is prohibited.
• Passenger Safety & Code of Conduct: Smoking, disruptive behavior, and consumption of prohibited substances inside vehicles are strictly forbidden.
• Limousine Service Dispatch: Airport pickups include 60 minutes complimentary waiting time from actual flight touchdown. Extended waiting time is billed at standard hourly rates.

9 Delays, Cancellations & Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing transport obligations where such failure arises from circumstances beyond reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including acts of God, severe weather, sandstorms, road closures ordered by state authorities, civil unrest, or port congestions.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to scheduled vehicle dispatch may incur a cancellation charge up to 50% of the agreed trip rate to cover operational repositioning.
